In summary, keep in mind that the purpose of sleep is to gather energy from food. Synthesis is the process through which this is achieved. Synthesis involves pure energy affecting previously digested food at the cellular level (vibration at c2) resulting in the transfer of energy from food particles to the cells.

Remembering that energy is stabilized/stored by elemental atoms (electrons are collected by the magnetic draw of the nucleus of elemental atoms), we can easily understand why the level of minerals in a body will dictate the ability to collect energy. A body poorly supplied with minerals will inefficiently collect energy. In pure form, energy is fleeting and dynamic, looking for matter to attach itself to. The electrical dimension of the human body is just like a battery. Because of the large mineral deposits that make up a battery, much energy can be stored. You must always seek to build your mineral reserves to store more energy (become a larger battery).

Building mineral reserves (elemental atoms) is done by:

  • Eating organically grown fruits and vegetables.
  • Take mineral supplements like alfalfa and multi mineral-vitamin supplements. 
  • Soak in the ocean six times (minimum) each year during the summer, seek out minerals for a mineral bath at least three times per year, or visit a mineral spring.
